Smoot is a city located in Lincoln County Wyoming. Smoot is a rural experience that offers small-town charm and plenty of outdoor activities. The town has a tight-knit community where everyone looks out for one another and knows their neighbors. Families can take advantage of the low cost of living, friendly atmosphere, and excellent schools. Summers are sunny and warm with plenty of opportunities to explore the nearby forests and prairies while winters are cold but offer snow sports such as skiing and snowshoeing.

About Donna Kennedy
Having lived in the south (Florida & Mississippi) for 54 years my dream was to move out West which I did in 2008. I am in awe of this beautiful country that we call home, and photography has become a very important part of my life. Lighting and perseverance are top of the list, if it's having to hike for miles to get your shot, or waiting for hours in the freezing cold for a train, taking photos again and again of birds or wildlife to get that one beautiful capture, or being up at all hours of the night or early morning to get the full Moon or Milky Way.
