Artist's Description

Original Fine Art Photography by Donna Kennedy...
First Monarch I spotted this year enjoying the nectar on these Spring flowers. Reno, Nevada

In their larval stage monarch caterpillars feed almost exclusively on milkweed and as adults get their nutrients from the nectar of flowers.
