Description
Original Fine Art Photography by Donna Kennedy..
Out in the middle of nowhere near the New Mexico and Colorado borders the skies darkened as if it were going to storm, and a few rays of light shone on this sandstone butte by these power lines. I liked what I saw in this landscape scene so I pulled over to get a few shots and then back on the road again to Durango.

What a wonderful contrast between the mostly straight, less inspiring lines of the man-made world vs. the beautiful curves and form of the natural world. A powerful statement, Donna! L/F g+

My first thought is that the power lines are spoiling this amazing view; however, in contemplating this image, I see the powerful vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines that define this fantastic artistic composition! Brilliant work, Donna! L/F/T/G+
